I called 2 very well-known local companies last week, and waited 2 days for a call back from both. Both said they would call 30 minutes before they show, but no one called for 2 days. May 2020 Update: Problem with new AC not working, Mark was quick to respond to my inquiry and had a technician out early the next morning with a temporary solve and ordered a new part (under warranty) to fix the issue permanently. Can't speak highly enough of Mark's customer service!Mark and team did a full-day install of brand new furnace, ac, humidifier and Nest thermostat and were great. Small problem with AC was addressed in coming 2 days and they ensured all things were running properly/we were comfortable with items. My furnace stopped working overnight and I was worried about getting it serviced quickly. They quickly returned my phone call and I had a technician at my house within a couple hours. The issue was quickly diagnosed and he patiently explained the issue and the causes. I was provided with my options for maintenance or replacement without any pressure. As part of the initial diagnostic appointment, our tech, Mark, cleaned our motor and was able to get it running so we had heat in the meantime while we were waiting on replacement parts. The tech was also very considerate and offered to wear a face mask before entering my house to make us feel comfortable given the current health scare. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling!

My 20+ year old furnace broke down on a Saturday in the middle of winter. Got a hold of Midwest and they stopped by in a couple hours. Cole tried his best to get it up and running, but he couldn't. Ended up getting the furnace replaced, and Midwest even did next day on Sunday just so my family could stay warm.
